Delivery Policy

1. What is delivered

The only paid item on FlashChat is a pack of FlashCoins, an in-app credit for optional extras. FlashCoins are delivered to the FlashChat account you were signed in to when you paid. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. When it arrives

• Usually within a few seconds of the payment being confirmed. Your new balance shows in the app and an invoice is emailed to your verified address.
• If the page was closed during payment, the coins are still added once the payment provider confirms the payment, normally within a few minutes.
• If the coins have not arrived within 24 hours, email us and we will add them or refund you (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).

3. Where it is available

FlashCoins can be bought by users aged 18 or over with a verified email address. They work on every device where you are signed in to the same FlashChat account.
