Chatroulette is free to start but runs on an in-app currency, Quids, which you earn through chats or buy, and spend on searches and premium features such as filters. Packs cost ₹199 to ₹4,999 on the Indian App Store, and all sales are final.
FlashChat has nothing to pay for with money beyond an optional "Buy me a coffee" donation link. Its FlashCoins are only earned (100 to start and 10 a day with a verified email, or swapped for karma) and cannot be bought or cashed out.
